July Market Update
It’s time again for Patrick’s Bay Area Market Report:
Inflation rates - both general and "core" readings - just dropped to their lowest points in over 3 years (though still above the Fed's target rate of 2%).
The average daily 30-year interest rate dropped today after the release of the new inflation readings.

I sure agree with a lot of these colors and am espcially liking the new neutrals that are adding more subtle color in exchange for the stark white we see so often. However, I personally don't agree with a mint Kitchen or the baby blue in the living room. See the House Beautiful article below...
Summer Refreshers
What's yours? I had the chance to try many Aperol Spritzs while on vacation in Italy this summer. Every restaurant and town offered a slightly different version of the drink. I think my favorite was one made with Aperol and Campari so that it was sweet and bitter at the same time. Margaritas are also a great summer drink. Adding some cilantro and a couple of slices of jalapeno to your margi can make a world of difference! For an afternoon pick-me-up, a nonalcoholic drink made with fresh tangerine or grapefruit juice with soda water can be a wonderful afternoon thirst quencher. Add a sprig of mint for some added color and flavor.
