Adrienne Murphy brings expertise, a wealth of knowledge and 18 + years of experience as a Marin County real estate agent to the table. She stays on top of our constantly changing real estate market, including on market and off-market listings, mortgage trends, title and tax issues, construction and remodeling. She has a broad network of industry contacts including lenders, attorneys, contractors, handymen, estate planners, stagers and financial advisors – all valuable resources in the buying and selling process. This also allows Adrienne to provide concierge service to sellers during the home preparation process. 
 
Adrienne is highly connected in the local Marin markets. She is a member of several real estate networking groups including Top Agent Network (TAN) and Compass Exclusive and Coming Soon. Plus, she personally previews the new Marin listings every week. In addition, if you desire, Adrienne can have new listings that match your criteria automatically emailed to you on a weekly or monthly basis. When a property is selected she will write a compelling and competitive offer. She provides support and reduces stress for buyers by walking them through the buying process step by step.

Adrienne stays up to date on what properties are selling for and will prepare a comparative market analysis. She can make a difference by advising sellers on what they can do to prepare their home for sale and for obtaining quality offers.
